Our garments are made using Australian and/or China–sourced materials and are produced in carefully selected factories that operate under ethical and humane employment practices. We work to world’s best quality standards while honouring people and planet.

• Cancellations: We only allow cancellations if we cannot deliver your product as ordered (for example, if fabric becomes unavailable or we cannot meet the timeframe advised)
  
• Changes: We may be able to make changes depending on where your order is in the production process. Extra costs may apply if additional time or materials are required.

If you need changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Australia (in AUD):

• Stock Orders: Approx. 7–14 business days from order confirmation (payment received).
• Custom / Made to Order: Approx. 21–30 business days from order confirmation.

International (in USD):

• For Stock, Pre-Order and Custom / Made to Order, please allow 21–30 business days from order confirmation.

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please order with enough time if you need your garment for a specific event, as we can’t accept returns based on delivery delays that are outside our control.

No. Our pricing is designed so that you should not have to pay additional customs duties or taxes after placing your order. Prices already include applicable duties, sales taxes and government levies for your region.

Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown clearly at checkout and may vary by country or promotions. As a guide, we do offer free shipping above certain order values and a flat fee for orders under that threshold.

We focus on:

• Optimising packaging size to reduce fuel and CO₂ impact
• Prioritising recyclable and reusable materials where possible
• Choosing packaging that is more ecological than decorative

Yes. We use a specialised, encrypted payment gateway so your card details are transmitted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

You’ll receive an invitation link to the 3D body scanning app.

You simply:

1. Wear fitted or activewear clothing
2. Stand in front of a plain, light-coloured wall with no clutter behind you
3. Follow the tutorial and guided steps
4. Complete a short scan (around 1 minute) in the privacy of your own space

The system generates 165+ accurate measurements, often more precise than a traditional tape measure.

The app is designed to minimise errors, and we provide clear instructions. If something goes wrong or you’re unsure, contact us and remember, our Fit Guarantee covers you if the garment doesn’t fit as it should.

Yes. Custom / Made to Order pieces are created to your unique body measurements using either our 3D scan data or approved measurement analytics.

We also offer Stock garments made to Australian standard sizing, which are made to order but based on standard measurements rather than your individual scan.

Yes. You can order fabric swatches for most fabrics.

• Swatches may take up to 10 working days to arrive.

A small fee (e.g. $20 per swatch) applies, which can be credited toward your order when you purchase.

If a fabric is unavailable, we will:

• Let you know the estimated time for restock, and/or
• Suggest suitable alternatives for you to choose from.

If you’re not happy with a Stock Order:

• You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery with images and reasons.
• Once we issue an RA number and receive the product back within 14 days of delivery, we can offer a credit, exchange, or refund, if your claim is approved.
• Garments must:
• Not be worn, altered or washed
• Still have all tags attached

Please note:

• No exchanges on Sale items
• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
• Original postage charges are not refundable

For Custom / Made to Order garments, we offer a Fit Guarantee.

If you’re not happy with your purchase:

• Contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with images and explanation.
• We’ll review within 3 business days and may ask you to either:
• Return the garment to us for assessment; or
• Take it to a local tailor/alterations shop, get a quote (with details and contact information) and send it to us for approval.

Depending on the situation, we may:

• Approve and reimburse reasonable alteration costs directly to the tailor; or
• Ask you to return the garment for further assessment; and if it cannot be remedied, we will either:
• Remake the garment at no cost
• Provide a credit for the original garment value
• Offer a refund of the original garment value

Because Custom / Made to Order garments are made uniquely for you, they have no commercial value to other customers. For that reason, returns are only accepted where there is faulty manufacture, components or fit, and we reserve the right to repair or remake where appropriate.

All returned garments must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

Yes. Ellect reserves the right to deny returns, repairs or remakes where:

• The product is in fit-for-purpose condition
• The product has clearly been worn (beyond trying on) or damaged by misuse
• Tags and labels have been removed
• The garment has been altered by someone else without prior approval

All claims are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law, and all bona-fide claims will be honoured within its spirit and legal parameters.
