Here’s how the process works, from scan to delivery.
1. Choose Your Piece
Explore our collection of custom women’s suits, jackets, dresses, separates, and signature rosettes.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed to elevate your leadership presence and reflect your personal brand.
You’ll see fabric details, colour options, styling notes, and estimated delivery timeframes.
2. Create Your Measurements (1–2 minutes)
No tape measures. No appointments. No guesswork.
We use Real Time Fashion’s 3D Body Scanning Technology, allowing you to take your measurements at home – quickly and privately.

3. We Begin Crafting Your Garment
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the production process in our ethically operated partner factories.
Every garment includes:
- Precision cutting using your unique body data
- Quality-controlled assembly
- Expert finishing
- Signature Ellect details (purple lining, single purple button, etc.)
We operate in factories that follow ethical, sweatshop-free practices – clean, safe, fair, and career-building for all staff.
4. Delivery to Your Door
When your garment is ready, we ship it directly to you.
Delivery Timeframes
- Australia:
- Stock: 7–14 business days
- Custom / Made to Order: 21–30 business days
- International: 21–30 business days
Tracking details will be emailed to you once shipped.
5. Try It On — With Peace of Mind
All Custom / Made to Order garments include our Ellect Fit Guarantee.
If your garment doesn’t fit the way it should:
- We’ll guide you through quick assessment
- We may approve local tailoring & cover the cost
- If it can’t be corrected, we will remake it for free
- Credits or refunds are provided when appropriate
