Below you’ll find information about ordering, shipping, returns, and your Fit Guarantee.

1. Orders

Types of Products

We offer:

  • Stock (Standard Size) Garments — made to Australian standard sizing
  • Custom / Made to Order Garments — created using your unique 3D body measurements
  • Accessories — including off-white, black, and purple Rosettes and the Movement Pin

Placing an Order

Your order is confirmed when:

  • You submit it successfully
  • Payment is authorised
  • We send you an Order Confirmation Email

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes may be possible depending on production stage.

Cancellations are only permitted if we cannot fulfil the order (e.g., fabric out of stock).

2. Shipping

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide using reliable logistics partners.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Australia:
    • Stock Orders: 7–14 business days
    • Custom / Made to Order: 21–30 business days
  • International: 21–30 business days for all orders 

Tracking details are sent via email when your order dispatches.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping thresholds and flat rates appear at checkout. 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We prioritise recyclable and minimal-impact packaging to reduce waste and carbon footprint.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Stock Orders (Standard Size)

If your Stock garment isn’t quite right:

  • Email us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your Order Number, photos, and a brief explanation
  • If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA)
  • Garments must be returned within 14 days, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached

Approved returns may receive a:

  • Credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

4. Custom / Made to Order Garments — Fit Guarantee

Custom garments are made uniquely for you; however, you are protected by our Fit Guarantee.

If something isn’t right:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  2. We’ll review within 3 business days
  3. If a minor alteration is needed, we may:
  • Approve a local tailor quote and cover the cost, or
  1. If it cannot be corrected, we may:
  • Remake the garment at no cost
  • Provide a credit or refund (in line with Australian Consumer Law)

Garments must be returned in original condition for assessment.

5. Fabric Availability & Samples

  • All fabrics are subject to availability.
  • If a fabric is out of stock, we will advise restock time or suggest alternatives.
  • Fabric swatches can be purchased; costs are credited back when you place an order.

6. Ethical Production

Ellect partners only with factories that offer:

  • Clean, safe and comfortable working conditions
  • Fair wages with medical and retirement benefits
  • Ethical, sweatshop-free practices
  • Sustainable long-term employment

Your garment supports fair work for real people.

    7. Payment & Security

    We accept:

    • Major credit and debit cards
    • Internet bank transfers (where available)

    Payments are encrypted and processed securely by trusted third-party gateways.

    We do not store full card details.

    8. Privacy & 3D Scan Data

    Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.

    We only use your information to:

    • Process and deliver orders
    • Create Custom / Made to Order garments
    • Provide support, returns or Fit Guarantee services
    • Improve your experience

    We do not sell or trade your personal data.
